We the public throw away more than 300,000 tonnes of reusable furniture every year in Britain

1.6m tonnes of furniture and bulky waste most of which is buried in landfill or burnt in an incinerator.
Conserving and re-using this furniture,would save valuable resources, create employment and provide affordable items to our local communities.

Here above is sample of the beautiful work by the Thomas Charity THOMAS delivers a range of holistic recovery focused services, which take people from within prison or hospital, through detox and residential rehabilitation into community based provision. They loved working on the furniture and learning new skills.

EMMAUS Homeless Charity, Butterfly Group, Mums the Word, FAB (Families & Babies) and many more of the smaller charities in desperate need of support to sustain their cause. 

Our training helps people in recovery from health problems, youth offenders,
Young adults from Care backgrounds and many others in order to help increase self confidence, encourage vocational skills, life skills and creativity.
